In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order. What do you see in your reflection? What gratitude can you offer to what is shown? The journey into Self to me feels like t r u s t . Of course, that's also the most challenging, for me. Letting go and accepting whatever comes, AND whatever goes. Whatever is reflected, projected - accepting it with love and reverence. K n o w i n g there is purpose in every wound I've inflicted upon myself and those in my life. I have many stories with trust. Of self, of others, of Source. Sometimes I get stuck in confusion and resistance of how it shows up (or not) in my life, and I know that has limited my ability to forgive and move forward. The beauty of a mirror is that it is always a part of Self we see shining back. I consider relationships to be the truest "mirrors" of all - good, bad, and ugly - shit gets real. (Same with mother nature.) As intimidating as it feels, I vow to to do my best at facing my mirrors and meeting them with curiosity and gratitude. It all has purpose. Faced some fears today, somewhere over the rainbow. My heart, lungs, and eyes feel more open than I can remember. We were the first ones on the mountain! 2000+ other visitors followed. And I still got those cheerleader hops! 🌈⛰️🙏🏼
